Conscious Connected Breathwork
Have you ever heard people say you need to 'do the work' to heal from trauma or grow personally? Breathwork is the start of that journey! Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is an ACTIVE breathing technique that offers the opportunity for inner work on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Through a continuous, circular rhythm—with no pauses between inhales and exhales—you’re guided to stay fully present and aware in the moment.
This work can help you:
Release Stuck Emotions
Integrate Past Traumas
Process Grief
Conquer Limiting Beliefs

How to Prepare?
No food 2 hours prior to the event. Come with a light/empty stomach. We want your body to focus on breathing not digestion.Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Optional to bring an extra set of clothes. It is common to get sweaty during a breathwork session.Contemplate: What has drawn you to breathwork? Is there trauma or Grief you'd like to work through? Are you searching for something more in your life? If so, what is that something more?
“For me, breathwork has been a transformative tool: it’s helped me process the death of a loved one I had the privilege of witnessing, allowed me to sit with my Grief instead of avoiding it, revealed where fear lives in my body, and deepened my connection to Spirit.” ~ Rachel Smith, Owner of Arvada Massage & Stretch
