Class Descriptions

  • Join us for a heart-opening evening of ceremonial cacao and Conscious Connected Breathwork, designed to help you release stuck emotions, connect deeply with yourself, and create space for new beginnings under the energy of the Full Moon.

We’ll begin with a cup of ceremonial-grade cacao, a sacred plant medicine used for centuries in indigenous traditions. Cacao is known for its ability to gently stimulate the heart center and support emotional openness, clarity, and connection. It’s not psychedelic, but it is a powerful ally in helping you drop out of the mind and into your body—making it a beautiful foundation for breathwork.

From there, you’ll be guided through Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)—an active breathing technique using a circular rhythm with no pauses between inhales and exhales. This uninterrupted breath pattern helps quiet the thinking mind and invites you to stay present with whatever arises.

You may have heard people say you need to “do the work” to heal from trauma or grow personally—breathwork is the beginning of that path. Through this practice, you’ll have the opportunity to release what’s been buried or held for too long, and reconnect with your own inner truth.

This practice can support you in:
    • Releasing stuck emotions
    • Integrating past traumas
    • Processing grief
    • Letting go of limiting beliefs
    • Accessing altered states of consciousness
    • Reconnecting with the body and heart

This ceremony is a safe, supportive space to feel deeply, breathe intentionally, and emerge lighter and more connected.

Come as you are. No experience necessary.
You’ll be fully guided through the entire journey.

  • Join us for a deeply nourishing evening under the quiet energy of the New Moon—a time to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. This intentional practice combines Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, guiding you into stillness and inner spaciousness as you gently let go of the old and create space for what’s to come.

We'll begin with Yin Yoga, a meditative style of movement where poses are held for several minutes with the support of props and deep breath. Yin targets the connective tissues—ligaments, joints, and fascia—helping to improve circulation, release tension, and restore balance in the body and mind.

You’ll then be guided into Yoga Nidra, a practice often referred to as “yogic sleep.” This guided meditation is done lying down with the eyes covered, allowing your nervous system to fully relax while your awareness remains gently awake. Yoga Nidra can be deeply calming and restorative—known to support stress relief, improve sleep, and access subconscious layers of the mind.

This practice is designed to help you:
    • Release physical and emotional tension
    • Soothe your nervous system
    • Deepen body awareness
    • Reconnect to your intentions
    • Cultivate a sense of inner calm and clarity
    • Rest deeply and reset from within

Blindfolds will be provided to support your inward focus and help you truly drop into the experience. This class is open to all levels and is especially welcoming to those needing gentle movement, stillness, or emotional grounding.

  • Let it out. Let it go.

You don’t have to hold it in anymore.

This event is designed to help you safely and intentionally release built-up emotions—especially rage, frustration, grief, and anything else you’ve been carrying for too long. Through a guided experience using meditation, Conscious Connected Breathwork, and a supported scream, we’ll create space to feel, express, and move emotional energy through the body.

    You’ll be guided through:

    • Grounding meditation to connect with your body

    • Active circular breathing to access deeper emotional layers

    • A supported, cathartic scream to release energy

    • Integration time for rest and reflection

This is not your typical wellness class—it’s a space for emotional alchemy. Come as you are: angry, overwhelmed, shut down, or simply needing to release. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more clear, and reconnected to your power.

    This practice may help you:

    • Release stuck anger or emotional pain

    • Process grief and trauma

    • Regulate your nervous system

    • Reclaim your voice

    • Feel grounded and present in your body

No experience is necessary. Just bring your breath, your willingness, and an open heart.
