Yes. Membership enrollment is currently open for a limited time and will close on March 31st. Memberships are offered during intentional enrollment windows to protect the quality of care, maintain spacious scheduling, and ensure each member receives unrushed, attentive support. Once enrollment closes or capacity is reached, memberships may not reopen until space allows.

Monthly massage memberships are billed automatically using the card on file. A three-month prepaid option is also available in-office and is paid in full at enrollment.

Yes. You may cancel your massage membership once per calendar year. If you choose to re-enroll later in the same year, additional cancellations are not permitted.

Yes. You may re-enroll in a massage membership at any time after cancelling, subject to current pricing and availability. If you re-enroll within the same calendar year, your previous cancellation still counts as your one allowed cancellation for that year.

Unused massage sessions roll over for up to three (3) months. Sessions not used within that rollover period will expire.

Yes. Massage membership sessions are transferable and may be shared or gifted, as long as they are used within the allowable rollover and expiration period.
